Questions about Sign PDF

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. This tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your file is read and processed on your own device and is never sent to ClientoraHQ or anyone else — you can even switch off your internet after the page loads.

Is this a legally binding signature?

In most countries a simple electronic signature — like a drawn or typed signature on a PDF — is valid for everyday agreements, contracts and forms. Some documents (property, wills, some government forms) need a certified digital signature, which this tool does not create.

Can I sign on my phone?

Yes. Draw your signature with your finger, then tap the page where it should go.
